ABOUT BEST DAY
Best Day Foundation is a volunteer-based nonprofit dedicated to helping children and young adults with special needs build confidence and self-esteem through safe, challenging adventure experiences.
Participants are paired with Beach Buddies who guide, encourage and support them throughout the day, with activities that can include surfing, bodyboarding, kayaking, stand-up paddling and other beach experiences.
The result is more than a day at the beach. It's an opportunity to try something new, overcome a challenge and celebrate an accomplishment surrounded by a community that believes in what's possible.
